Located just a few blocks from the Moda Center, this modern, flexible space is perfect for intimate and large gatherings. Easton Broad is a blank canvas which allows you to create any style of event or wedding! With polished concrete floors, exposed wood ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows, this venue is an urban oasis.
We offer an open catering policy to accommodate many different budgets, which also allows you to make your event unique! We have a great location and setup for 1 or multiple food trucks to park outside as well.
The main event space is just over 2,300 square feet with a standing capacity of 200 guests. We'd recommend no more than 150 for seated events, but the space definitely doesn't feel too large for more intimate groups (this seated capacity also leaves room for cocktail tables, a dinner buffet, dessert table, dj, etc.).
Looking for a little more space? We offer movable walls to close down the sidewalk right outside our doors, which allows for overflow during cocktail hour, or just a little fresh air throughout your event. This will allow much more flexibility for ceremony to reception "flips" with a higher guest count, and is also a great option for food trucks.

I loved this venue. My guest ALL loved this venue. Any requirements were clearly stated and written out. Contract was super simple to understand. I knew exactly what I was going to pay from day 1. There was no “extras” that I was required to pay after signing the agreement/contract. Ive had event venues throw in all the “youre required to purchase this and that” after I signed so that was frustrating but this venue did not do any of that. Parking was easy and available. I barely needed to decorate the room. All the tables and chairs were set up when I arrived. There was plenty of room even with 120 chairs. Bathrooms were clean. Lighting was perfect (no warehouse feeling). And honestly, my absolutely most valued thing they offered was that they only want me to take what I brought and that they do all the take down of the tables and chairs. They do the floor clean up and take the trash out, which was golden for me! Usually, at other places, we’re helping our cleaning crew clean up while in our traditional clothes and heels and we regret our choice of hosting but Kelly at eastman broad could not have made it any easier for me or my guest. We all absolutely loved it and weeks after my event, Im still getting messages about how amazing the event turned out and I really didnt do anything extra other than just getting a really great hall! I truly highly recommend this venue. The only thing I would suggest to others booking this venue is to give some grace with timely responses and communication. There is a slight lag in communication but not a deal breaker if your prepared for it. Dont do crazy last minute changes. Overall, book this place before someone else gets to it first! Its a hidden gem and I know Im setting myself up for never being able to get a date again by announcing how great this place is but I really dont recommend a place unless I wont use it again myself. Wonderful Volunteer Social Hour

I hosted a volunteer social hour at Easton Broad for all of our local RMHC volunteers. We had about 50 people in attendance, and Kelly & the staff at Easton Broad went above and beyond. Kelly did an amazing job at working with us on a budget, helped pick out linens and cordinated the rentals. The beverages and the Bartender were excellent. Everything was just super smooth and Kelly helped coordinate with such confidence that it put us at ease. We would absolutely host another event here in the future!
