Maine Studio Works is and 8,000 sqft contemporary industrial event space in the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland, surrounded by breweries and art galleries. The space is divided into two studios, one measuring roughly 1,200 sqft, the other nearly 6,000 sqft. We also have a dedicated prop room, wood shop for custom set and prop building, an outdoor space, a full kitchen, three ADA bathrooms, loading dock, and designated parking.
