The Hitching Post is a timeless, western style barn nestled in the countryside of Port Clinton Ohio, surrounded by 22 acres of wetlands that directly overlooks a beautiful one acre pond. The venue was built by our family, originally, for our own wedding. After many requests, we decided to open our doors and share this special location with our community. The Hitching Post boasts a charming, private, countryside venue— perfect for intimate celebrations. All of the modern flare of a newly built location with the rustic touches of a century old barn.
