Terms and Conditions

No Deposit is Required for Courtesy Blocks. Your block will start with 10 rooms. You will have the option to add more rooms in increments of 5 until you reach a maximum of 20 rooms. However, if you do reach 20 rooms, the rate may be subject to change based on availability. In that case, we may also require you to sign a contract to take any additional rooms out of our inventory. Hilton will provide a Personalized Wedding Link for your guests to book their rooms. The link will remain live and active until the cut-off date, which is 30 days before the wedding. After this date, Hilton will release any unused rooms, which will go back into the hotel inventory and be sold at retail price. You will not be held responsible for any unused rooms in the courtesy block.
