Eagle's Bluff sits on 27 gated acres on a private peninsula above Flathead Lake in Polson, Montana. Bald eagles, deer, and fox share the property, and Glacier National Park is about an hour and a half away. The estate has two residences. The Main House is more than 20,000 square feet across three levels. It has seven bedrooms, a grand double-staircase entry, several indoor reception spaces, a commercial-grade kitchen, two bars, whole-home audio, and wrap-around decks over the lake. Downstairs there's an indoor heated pool with a slide, a hot tub, a sauna, a gym, a game room, and a stadium-seat theater. Down at the water, the Lakeside House has four bedrooms and about 150 feet of sheltered frontage. It also has a covered two-slip dock with boat and jet-ski lifts, a private launch ramp, a lakeside hot tub, and a fire pit, which makes it the natural spot for welcome parties and rehearsal dinners. Eagle's Bluff hosts events for up to 150 guests. Between the two houses it sleeps 23 to 33 guests overnight in 11 bedrooms. The open lawn has room for ceremonies and marquees.
