We were able to have Del Monte come and cater our luncheon for our wedding. It was very difficult to find a good quality and less expensive caterer in Pocatello. They have different choices for lunches and you can even have your guests tell you ahead of time what they would like to have. You can also mix and match with the main course, sides, and deserts. It was very simple. Their fruit display looked wonderful and very professional. They carved our names in the watermelon. It was a nice touch. All we had to do is tell them about how many people we were expecting and what kinds of food and they brought it and made sure everything stayed full the entire time. The taste was also very delicious. We had a lot of compliments on the food and the fruits and vegetables actually tasted fresh.
