Venue 311 is a beautiful French Country Wedding Venue with a stunning atmosphere. A truly breathtaking and memorable experience for both you and your guests is offered through our 6,000 + square foot venue, 2,100 square foot chapel, custom indoor/outdoor bar, beautiful outdoor patio and courtyard, gazebo, large timber trusses and luxurious chandeliers accentuating our grand reception hall. Venue 311 is set on 10.5 acres with a picturesque pond and aesthetic fountain.

Kitchen has private outdoor access for vendors to come and go without being seen) • Private buffet room with sliding doors that can remain shut during set up/ceremony. • Indoor/outdoor bar (Our bar is equipped with glassware, Kegerator, wine cooler, ice machine & dishwasher) • Elegant bridal suite. • Comfortable and classic grooms suite. • Indoor & outdoor surround sound with basic PA system. • 250 white chairs for outdoor ceremony+ 250 wooden chairs with ivory cushions for indoor use. • 32 round (60?) tables and 6 rectangle (8') tables. • Large outdoor patio and courtyard. • Scenic archway overlooking beautiful pond. • On-Site Manager Present for Event. • Backup generator in case of power outages due to weather. • Seven over-sized A/C units to keep your guests cool. • Freedom to choose your own vendors. • Extra amenities include use of: Polaroid cameras (must provide film), extensive decor collection, Unique antique cake table and sweetheart table, Silk bridal and bridesmaids robes, table centerpiece décor
