This structure served as Piqua’s Library from 1890 to 1930 occupying the site where Jacob Adam and Sophie Schmidlapp built a grocery store and residence in 1832. The building is available to rent for meetings, baby and weddings showers, birthday parties , small wedding receptions and other special occasions.
