Over 80 years after Dutch Schultz (secretly) put Pine Plains on the map, his former bootlegging complex is available for your special event. Our historic, 400 acre farm site pairs beautiful grounds and breathtaking vistas of the surrounding hills with a lush, level lawn & several unique spaces once used by Dutch to hide his bootlegging operation. Add in our world class mixologists and selection of craft distilled spirits and you have the recipe for an event to remember. There is truly no place like it.
