I recently was part of a committee in charge of organizing an all day business event, which required catering for the day. After alot of research on caterers in the Phoenix, AZ area, we decided on Fat Freddy's Catering. They are located in Phoenix, but serve the entire Valley. Because we needed numerous meals catered it was important we find someone with a vast menu, and boy do they have one. It was so hard deciding on what items we wanted. Breakfast options were things like full breakfast plates, breakfast sandwiches, omlette station, etc. Lunch we chose to do a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and side dishes (cole slaw, chips, side salads). And their baked potato bar, Amazing!!! Dinner we had a couple plated hot meal options. They had a variety of everything pastas, hot sandwiches, grilled chicken, spaghetti...you name it they have it! We got so many compliments on the food for the day. They arrived on time, the food was ready when we needed it, and it was always hot! The staff was also great and eager to please. I'm so glad we went with Fat Freddy's!!! I will definetly use them for future events!
