I have hosted an annual product show at Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, for the past two years. The company I work at will be hosting our third show within the next few weeks. This venue has been more than accomodating and is a pleasure to work with. They always deliver the best service, and it is highly entertaining to all of our clients that attend. Our show is held in the Diamond Club, which is behind home plate, and gives a full view of the field. The Diamond Club is a large area that is complete with a large space to hold all of the products we bring along, a large beautiful bar area that is fully stocked, tables for relaxing an eating with another beautiful view, and has meeting rooms within the club that are helpful to hold smaller demonstrations and information sessions. The park allows us to set up tours for as long as we would like through out the day. The tours (depending on what is happening with the baseball season and the World Series), go through the press area, locker rooms, underground batting cages, and finish up within the Phillies dugout. They allow us to reserve the Phanatic for two appearances during the day, which is a huge hit with any of our younger guests. Citizens Bank Park works with Aramark for catering, which has always been a great experience. The food is great quality and they work great with us to accomodate anything we want or need, even if it changes during the day of the event. They are very attentive to what we want and what our guests may be looking for. They also provide us with an open bar at the end of our event. The staff is very friendly and always on watch to clean up or to help anyone. I recommend using the Diamond Club for any type of event. Whether it is business or perhaps a party. It has great views, great accomodations, and a great staff. Make sure to book well in advance to ensure the date you want. They get very busy. It is always a great day, and with good people to work with it is a smooth day to get through.
