Black Bear Golf Club is an ideal venue for a variety of special occasions, including baby showers, birthday parties, celebrations of life, wedding ceremonies and receptions, graduation parties, brunches, henna parties, and other private gatherings.
Our ballroom offers flexible options to accommodate a variety of group sizes. The Fireplace Side can host up to 40 guests, while the Patio Side can accommodate up to 60 guests. For larger events, the Full Ballroom can host up to 120 guests, or up to 100 guests with a dance floor.
All food and beverage services are provided in-house, and outside catering is generally not permitted. Exceptions may be considered for specific religious or cultural dietary requirements that our culinary team is unable to accommodate. Specialty desserts and wedding cakes may also be permitted with prior approval.
The site fee includes a selection of tables, banquet chairs, house linens and napkins, china, flatware, glassware, event staff, and the setup and breakdown of these items. Most private events include up to four hours of event time.
For weddings, the site fee also includes ceremony chairs, access to the club grounds for photography and videography, a private getting-ready suite, a ceremony rehearsal the day prior, and venue access from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Site fees at Black Bear Golf Club vary based on the event type, space, date, and event needs. Private event site fees typically range from $300–$1,000, with wedding site fees starting at a higher rate. Club members receive 50% off applicable site fees.
We offer a variety of AV equipment and enhancements as optional add-ons, including 50” portable TVs, speakers and microphones, tabletop charging docks, and flipcharts. A photo booth is also available as an additional enhancement.
Site tours are available by appointment only, primarily on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please reach out to schedule your visit, and feel free to inquire about availability on other days as well.
