Baby’s First Birthday a Success — An Eventective User from Jacksonville, Fl

La Piazza hosted my son’s first birthday party. Larry Jr was so pleasant to talk to and explained everything beforehand. We had 23 people who came. We chose the family style meal with nonalcoholic drinks, a house salad, two appetizers and three entree selections, which was $42 per adult and $21 per kid. The kids ordered from the kid’s menu. They were very accommodating and removed the pork from the pasta at one guest’s table. Everyone ate til they were stuff. One of my friends said the food was better than her wedding (same!). The room was beautiful on its own with plenty of space and it was so cool to have it to ourselves. The wooden tables were long and wide and way too pretty for tablecloths. We had two servers that refilled our drinks like magic and made sure everyone had what they needed. We came in an hour early to set up and had 3 hours to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate my boy. It was absolutely worth it and the area itself is gorgeous and fun to explore. You won’t regret it!
