Playback is an ideal venue for a wide range of private events, including holiday parties, birthday celebrations for all ages (e.g., 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th), corporate gatherings, and wedding receptions.
Playback can comfortably seat up to 70 guests and host up to 100 guests for a cocktail-style event.
Playback does not serve food on-site, but you are welcome to bring in the catering or delivery of your choice. We can also provide recommendations for preferred caterers. Please ensure you bring all necessary serving utensils, plates, and cutlery. Onsite cooking is not permitted.
For beverages, we offer a fully staffed cash bar, and you can arrange for a hosted bar, drink tickets, or a combination. Outside beverages are not permitted.
For private events, guests of all ages are welcome. However, please note that during our standard public operating hours, Playback is a 19+ venue.
Private rentals include exclusive use of all our indoor lawn games, such as bocce, shuffleboard, beer pong, darts, and cornhole. You'll have a fully staffed bar, the ability to select the music, the ability to display your choice of media (logos, videos, images) on our 7 4K TVs, and access to a ceiling-mounted projector, Bluetooth speaker, and microphone on our porch-style stage for presentations.
Private event bookings include the rental of the entire space, granting you exclusive access to all amenities. If you prefer not to book a private event, you are welcome to visit during our standard public hours when the venue is not closed for a private function.

Private event rentals generally operate within hours such as 10:00 AM-10:00 PM Sunday-Wednesday and 10:00 AM-10:00 PM Thursday-Saturday. All rentals have a three-hour minimum booking. Please note that events held on Friday and Saturday after 5:00 PM have specific bar minimums. Additional charges apply to extend events beyond the hours listed.
