We are located at 801 promenade de l'Aviation, inside Collège La Cité in Ottawa.
Our regular operating hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Yes, we accept reservations for private events outside of our regular hours.
For events booked outside regular hours, the rental fee is $500 for a block of 4 hours, and $100 for each additional hour.
The rental fee includes a tailored audiovisual and lighting system, custom table layouts, kitchen and service staff, access to our fully licensed bar, and a pool table ($2 per game). Free parking is also available after 6:00 PM and on weekends.
We can comfortably host up to 60 guests for seated meals and over 150 guests for cocktail style events, dance parties, or activities that do not require tables and chairs.
We do not allow outside food or beverages, including alcohol, to be brought into the venue. We provide full catering services and a fully serviced bar.
Yes, free parking is available on-site after 6:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.
Yes, additional decorations are permitted. They are the responsibility of the client and can be coordinated with external vendors as needed.
