Excellent Customer Service - An Eventective User from Omaha, NE

When we were looking for a venue for my daughter's wedding, it was really difficult finding anywhere that was reasonably priced, but still checked all of our boxes. I am so glad we stumbled across the Holiday Inn! Their Bacardi ballroom was the perfect spot for our guests, and the staff was incredible to work with. They responded quickly to all of our messages, and helped work out every detail leading up to the wedding. Such a nice bonus being able to book a block of rooms as well! It made it so easy for our guests to come in from out of town, and not have to find their way around Omaha. I would highly suggest them to anyone looking for a venue for any event!

Jamie, the banquet sales manager, was absolutely amazing. Coordination was professional and friendly, she accommodated site walk through, and was present at the event to ensure all needs were met (i.e. technical, setup, satisfaction with refreshments and buffet). She went above and beyond to ensure the event was a success. Overall, the customer service, staff, and facility met and exceeded our expectations.

Hotel and Ballroom was wonderful! The sales staff really made sure my experience and day was unforgettable. I was extremely impressed with the space and the attentiveness of the staff. I Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a reasonably priced but outstanding reception.
