Grandkid's 1st Birthday — An Eventective User from Yelm

Wonderful historic 1908 building built specifically as a clubhouse for woman. The house has a charming little bathroom under the stairs on the main floor with 2 other restrooms upstairs, a nicely furnished parlor for the older crowd to sit & chat (with sliding pocket doors between parlor & ballroom)while still being able to view the "activities" in the ballroom. The main floor also has a fully furnished kitchen with table service for at least 75 and ample parking in their own parking lot. The house was really clean as the babies & toddlers were crawling all over the floors. It is a perfect place to host large family get-togethers (think Thanksgiving Dinner!)and functions. It is simply & tastefully decorated, spacious, and best of all; one doesn't need to clean their own house & worry about little kids climbing all over & getting into "breakables." All amenities are included in the basic price: (9) 6' round tables (13) 6' & 8' rectangular tables at least 100 banquet chairs complete kitchen with utensils, silverware, platters, punch bowls, coffeemakers etc. A really great location in pedestrian friendly downtown Olympia.
