The Meadowlark offers easy and straightforward pricing making it one of the most affordable wedding venues in Kansas City. There are no taxes added to the event space rental. There are no fees or charges for using an outside caterer, DJ, or planner, and we offer a free BYOB option.

Once you head up stairs to the 3rd floor you have an open concept with amazing natural light, it also features your own restroom and access to an outdoor deck over looking the patio. Hotel conferences rooms are boring and cold. Each of our 6 conference rooms are designed to produce creativity and innovation. Each room come equipped with HDTVs perfect for presentations or videos. Book smaller rooms for team/client meetings or larger rooms for board meetings and trainings.
