People Often Ask
We are delighted to host intimate gatherings such as bridal showers, baby showers, small post-elopement receptions, dinner parties, and post-ceremony brunches. Our setting is ideal for smaller, more personal celebrations.
For wedding-related events, we can accommodate up to 25 guests. For other social gatherings, our poolside dining area can comfortably host up to 40 guests. While it can accommodate up to 50, please note this may be a tighter arrangement.
While we can accommodate small wedding receptions for up to 25 guests, we are unable to host ceremonies or larger wedding receptions. For events exceeding this capacity, we highly recommend our sister property, The Union Bluff Hotel, which specializes in larger weddings and events.
Our primary event space is the Poolside Dining Room at Surf Point 360, which offers a lovely setting for your gathering. Please note it functions as an extension of our restaurant and is not a private, dedicated event hall. For small private meetings we offer the Whitney Room which can accommodate up to 20 ppl.
We can create custom plated menu options to suit your event. Please note that due to space constraints, we typically do not offer buffet-style service for larger groups, and a limited menu may be offered.
The rental cost for our poolside dining area is typically $500 plus tax for a three-hour timeframe for events such as showers or brunches. Please inquire for specific event quotes.
We are best suited to accommodate groups from November through the end of April. During our busy peak season (May through October), our space is limited, and we generally cannot accommodate group events due to high resort occupancy.
Our event space is the poolside area of our restaurant, Surf Point 360, and is not a private room or a formal event center. It utilizes the existing restaurant seating. We aim for full transparency regarding the setting.
Our event space utilizes existing restaurant-style seating with tables for four, and we do not have a formal setup with round tables or a dedicated ballroom.
For larger events or weddings beyond our capacity, especially during peak season, we recommend contacting our sister property, The Union Bluff Hotel in York, Maine, for their event capabilities. You can find more information at https://unionbluff.com/.
