Our event space accommodates different group sizes depending on the setup: up to 45 guests for theatre or auditorium-style seating, up to 35 guests for a round-table banquet (seating up to 7 guests per table), up to 24 guests in a classroom layout, and up to 18 guests in a U-shape or boardroom configuration.
We offer flexible rental rates of $250 for a half-day (4-hour) rental and $500 for a full-day (8-hour) rental.
Yes, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your preferred date and time for the event.
Your rental includes tables, black chairs, your choice of black or white linens, a projector and screen, remote-controlled electronic darkening window coverings, and a private entrance to the space from the back parking lot. Our classroom-style tables also feature built-in charging ports for laptops and mobile devices.
Yes! Outside catering is fully permitted and welcome. We are happy to help provide local catering recommendations or help coordinate details for your event.
