It was a delight working with Nikki in arranging a luncheon for my husband's 90th birthday. I had a choice of different menus but was able to make some personal changes. When I mentioned that I had to consider relatives who were either vegan vegetarian, or gluten intolerant, the chef offered to make a special vegan and vegetarian dish which I was told were very good. I was able to come in early to set up my decorations and flowers. I brought my own small vases for 7 tables but it would have been easier if the hotel could have provided them. I had asked for the food to be prepared salt free and salt shakers to be placed on the tables. Everything went smoothly and food was enjoyed by all.
