We offer approximately 950 square feet of street level space, 3 - 60" round tables seating 8 - 10, 6 - 48" tables seating 6 - 8, 2 - 6' rectangular tables, chairs (seating for 50). Professional staff on site throughout event, 4 restrooms (2 ADA), and there is parking on-site. Outside catering welcome. Beer, wine, champagne only. If alcohol is served a professional bar tender and security are required for an additional charge.

$200 refundable damage deposit. Deposit refunded within 30 business days after event, assuming no damage and 48 hour cancellation notice give if applicable, minus a $25 cleaning fee.
