Terms and Conditions

This contract is for the personal services of Raquel Gardner (DJ R-Boogie) acting as the disc jockey for the event described below. A deposit of $100 is due the day you agree to use my DJ services to reserve your date. Remaining Balance is due no later than one week prior to the scheduled event date. Payment can be made in full or ealier than the scheduled date if you would like to submit it early. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is paid for the sole purpose of reserving the affirmed time, date, and location only. Purchaser will make final payment by cash/check/debit to Raquel Gardner. If applicable I can send you a request to make your payment through Cash App at $RaquelGardner or Venmo me @rockydo10 with no additional convenience fee. If payment is made online by PayPal an additional $5 convenience fee will be applied to the payment. Additional agreement if your event extends over hours agreed upon their will be an additional charge of $100/ per hour extended Purchaser shall make available to the disc jockey the place of performance/engagement at least 1-2 hour(s) prior to scheduled performance time for the purpose of setting up and checking sound balance. A suitable electrical outlet, table, and 2 chairs must be made available to the disc jockey.
