Our $3,500 wedding reception package includes seating for up to 220 guests, complete setup and teardown, tables and chairs, choice of table linens and napkins, china, flatware, glassware, a 15x20 dance floor, custom floor plan design, a complimentary tasting for up to 4 people, complimentary cake cutting, a champagne toast for the couple, professional banquet and bar staff, and access to both Bride and Groom suites.
Yes, we offer three onsite ceremony options: the Lakeview Ceremony (up to 220 guests for $950 with white padded chairs), the Patio/Indoor Ceremony (up to 150 guests for $750 with patio seating and white padded chairs), and the Indoor Cabaret Style Ceremony (up to 220 guests for $650 with seating at reception tables). All ceremony bookings include setup, teardown, applicable chairs, a unity table, and a 1-hour rehearsal.
To secure your wedding date, we require a $1,500 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract.
Food and beverage minimums vary by event type. Wedding bookings require a $3,500 food and beverage minimum. Smaller social events, such as birthday parties and showers, generally carry a food and beverage minimum ranging from $250 to $2000 depending on the specific event details.
Absolutely! We host a variety of social celebrations such as showers, graduation open houses, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners and much more. The rental includes full setup and teardown, tables and chairs, linen tablecloths and napkins in a variety of colors, china, glassware, silverware, a 15x20 dance floor, professional staff, early access for decorating, and private parking.
For smaller social events, a $200 deposit is required to reserve the space.
