Corporate Events at the 1912 Barn allow your guests to have meeting time as well as time to unwind. We are able to provide additional services on site and assist with the coordination of large bus parking, internet access, music and bartending services. We have had experience hosting events for Decatur Memorial Hospital Foundation, Tate and Lyle and School District #61 to name a few. Pop up Weddings are the latest trend for busy couples today. You don't want to plan the big day due to your busy schedule, you have dreams of a simple service but you prefer not to be at the city hall or maybe one of you is leaving for the military assignment and time is of the essence. Our pop up wedding package allows you to come to the 1912 Barn for a 2 hour period from start to finish on one of our monthly planned dates. You and your guests will be able to have a simple service, enjoy a small cake and punch reception with a simple country decor and relax at our peaceful setting with family and friends. We prepare the basics for you and you're welcome to bring your own photographer. Give us a call to find out more about our weekend times for these events during the spring, summer and fall months. Okay so you want it all. Dressing rooms, a place for your rehearsal dinner and after party, a gift opening brunch or time the next day to clean up. Well then you want to look at one of our 3 day inclusive packages. These packages provide you with many great services, lots of options and the ability to slow the pace of your wedding and reception keeping it all in one location. The 1912 Barn is a great spot with outstanding recommendations from previous brides who felt that this was a great option. There is even a bridal closet to borrow decor from to reduce you costs or keep the concern of dragging out too much stuff is cumbersome. Small picnics requiring no set up and not attention from the owners are available for a price of $125.00 per hour for 50 guests or less. These events are usually designed for small birthdays, anniversaries or family reunions. Larger events from 50 up to 150 guests. Contact us for more information.
Its time to think about a family reunion but you don't want the hassle of getting your place ready. Maybe you don't have the indoor or outdoor space and maybe you just don't want people looking at the place you live. Either way we are the answer for those reunions or small retreat functions. We have host your guests and provide them with indoor restrooms, cool and comfortable meeting space and plenty of yard space to spread out. Tables, chairs and outdoor seating are all included with this package. We also have options for music and outdoor games to keep everyone occupied.

The 106 year old barn is a great location for an event during the spring, summer and fall seasons. This vintage barn has a lot to see and gives your guests the opportunity to exhale and enjoy the space. Seating for 75 is included and wifi is available on the property. This space is not heated or cooled however the large shade trees and cool country breezes make the barn most comfortable in any season.
Supported Layouts and Capacities
A 4 acre lot is available for bringing in tents, cars, vendors and such. This space has some access to electricity and can be easily accessed from the packing lot which is off street. This space is great for large events outside where you want guests to be able to roam about and is located mostly in a sunny location at the back of the property

We have used the 1912 Barn for our 25th wedding renewal. Aissa and Hank was so helpful. They even had things there you can use to decorate with. The Barn was perfect for what we wanted, the country look. We have used the 1912 Barn for more than one event and would highly recommend it.
BEAUTIFUL rustic venue that can host small or large events perfectly. The owners are very hands on to ensure nothing is left undone. Whether you are looking for a place to say I do or just tea with girlfriends this place is the perfect setting! You can also stay here in one of their B&B rooms! I can't recommend them enough!
This place was outstanding. We had our beautiful September wedding here last summer and we could not have been at a better location. Staff was wonderful and met our every need. So many beautiful settings for photos and options on this property. If you don't book here you are missing out. Take it from a Very Happy Bride!
