76 year old man who has been playing for 65 years. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan and played in My first symphony orchestra when I was 14. I am a former member of the Air Force band and I play Tenor Sax and Clarinet and use Backing tracks. I play Cocktail/Dinner Jazz, (music that appeals to older generation people) Songs from the 40's and early 50's. Everything from Basie and Ella to Bossa Nova style Jazz. I would be Happy to play a set at no charge to you so that you can get an idea of the kind of music I perform.I recently completed playing for Whole Foods Market in Newport News, Va. I was there for a year and a half. And of course, I toured with an Air Force Dance/ Show band when I was a young man.
