A signed contract and 33% retainer are required to secure your date. Dates are reserved on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
We limit parking in our on-site lot to 7 vehicles to allow for smooth traffic flow and easy access for vendors. Street parking is not permitted, as the surrounding area is residential permit parking. That said, parking is plentiful nearby, with the Aloft parking garage just 500 feet away, the Newport on the Levee garage, and several additional lots, including 100 Park Ave and 125 Washington.
Yes, couples may bring their own vendors. We also provide a preferred vendor list if you’d like recommendations for caterers, DJs, florists, and more.
Yes. There is a bathroom on the main floor, the main entrance door is wide enough for a motorized wheelchair, and there is a handicap ramp available.
Yes, we offer both a bridal suite and groom's lounge for getting ready prior to the ceremony.
Yes—open flames are not permitted, including candles in hurricane vases. We take an abundance of caution to preserve and protect our historic home. Battery-operated candles are available for rent and photograph beautifully. We also do not allow glitter, confetti, or similar materials to be thrown for exits, and nothing may be affixed to the walls (including nails, screws, tape, or adhesives).
Our maximum occupancy is 125 guests.
You’ll have a dedicated day‑of venue coordinator to manage logistics and support your vendors during the event.
