Our outside covered pavilion is the perfect place to start your cocktail reception. Our historical architecture with exposed arched brick walls, high ceilings 10 – 20 feet, ornate ironwork, arched windows, hardwood flooring and beautiful chandeliers serve as the perfect backdrop for your special, corporate or bridal event. We also have shared parking space for up to 300 people.

Rental packages include full 12-hour access to all three floors, a covered pavilion with string lighting, fully furnished suites for the wedding party, 300 shared parking spaces, patio and lounge couch sets, free Wi-Fi, an in-house speaker system, an on-site venue representative, and a spacious catering prep kitchen with a loading dock, fridge, and ice chest.
We have an open vendor policy, which allows you to choose your own vendors and fully customize your event. We are also happy to provide a preferred vendor list for recommendations.
We require all clients to use our exclusive in-house rentals for banquet tables and chairs to ensure quality and seamless event coordination.
We offer ample parking for your guests with 300 shared parking spaces located directly at the venue.
Yes, our covered pavilion is equipped with string lighting and can be enclosed and heated during colder months for an additional fee.
