My family discovered an old case of whisky belonging to my Grandpa and gifted it to me. Hidden in the case, underneath the vintage bottles, was a newspaper ad from 1967 titled "the history of mixed drinks" which listed many old school cocktail recipes. When I saw this, I had a dream-like experience imagining my Grandpa using that very recipe guide to mix drinks for his friends & family. That's the vibe that I hope to create for all who enter Grandpa Bar.
