At 18, she opened her first in-home daycare to provide families with the loving, dependable care she wished every child could experience. That passion has since grown into a company serving weddings, corporate events, churches, hotels, conferences, and community gatherings. Unlike traditional childcare providers, All American Sitters specializes exclusively in on-site event childcare, creating professionally staffed Kids Zones where children participate in crafts, games, storytelling, and hands-on activities instead of using electronics. Every sitter is fully vetted, CPR/First Aid certified, and experienced in professional childcare, allowing parents to enjoy life's special moments knowing their children are safe and having fun. One of the company's defining features is its No Electronics Policy, encouraging creativity, social interaction, and meaningful play. Supported by her husband, Randall, an educator and football coach, Teresa has built a company centered on family, professionalism, and community.
