The Hurricane Surfers, a seven-piece rock band out of Moscow, were formed in April 2023 and have developed a very solid and loyal fan base across the region. We have performed as the main Saturday headliners for the Latah County Fair (2025), the Moscow Hempfest (2025), the Moscow Renaissance Festival (2024), New Years Eve at Hunga Dunga (2023), and as the opener for the main Saturday headliner at the 50th Annual Rendezvous in the Park Music Festival (2024). We have also played frequently at venues like John's Alley, Hunga Dunga, Rico's, Moscow Brewing Company, the Eagles Lodge, PCEI, Artisans at the Dahmen Barn, Palouse Caboose, the Latah County Fair, and MJ Barleyhoppers in Lewiston. The band performs both classic rock covers and our own original songs (five of our seven members are singer-songwriters). The members of Hurricane Surfers are Lexi Bailey (lead vocals), Garrett Clevenger (bass/keyboards), David Cole (lead guitar), Tim Gregory (drums/vocals), Leeanne Noble (percussion/harmonica/lead vocals), Tom Preston (rhythm guitar/lead vocals), and Kelli Sowa (lead vocals). Known for our high energy, danceable performances, strong lead vocals and harmonies, and driving instrumental solos, the Hurricane Surfers get crowds moving to their ‘Surfs Up’ sound and fun atmosphere!
