Yes. Weddings require a licensed and insured planner to coordinate the
celebration and your vendors.
Yes, however catering and bar service must come from our list of approved
providers. All other vendors are chosen by you and your planner. A preferred
vendor list is available on request.
Yes, through an approved, licensed bartending service. Security requirements and maximum service hours will be confirmed during planning.
Yes. Event insurance is required. Please confirm coverage requirements with management and your insurer.
Our secluded mountain setting means you can enjoy your event without concern for disturbing others. We do not have structured quiet hours, giving you freedom to celebrate on your terms.
The estate is not child-proofed, and there are inherent risks for children. Children are only allowed with proper supervision and an additional waiver and damage deposit.
Yes. Indoor spaces are available in all seasons. Outdoor ceremony and reception spaces are available based on your preferences and seasonal conditions.
One-third of the rental fee is due upfront to secure your booking dates. The middle one-
third is due halfway between the initial payment and the final payment. The final one-third
payment (and/or payment in-full) is due six months before your event.
All payments are nonrefundable.
