Camp Robber is located at Montrose, CO. Owners Bill and Kim Volk opened the Camp Robber in 1994 in downtown Montrose, Colorado. The concept for this unique restaurant began many years earlier when the owner's love of the mountains moved them from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Colorado. They are known for swooping down on campers and stealing food from picnic tables, or eating right out of your hands. The Camp Robber Restaurant and Robbers Roost Bar only robs you of your appetite and thirst. The current building was constructed to accommodate a private party room, known as the Aspen Room, a large outdoor patio a beautiful bar known as the Robbers Roost, and a much larger dining room for our guests. Southwestern flavors are still the main focus for this contemporary-casual restaurant. They host the following Events Baby Showers or Wedding Showers, Wedding Rehearsal Dinners, Retirement Parties, Going Away Parties, Graduation Celebrations, Business Meetings, Wedding Receptions and Birthday Parties. Also provide on side and outside catering services for special occasion.
