* We are a production studio, we are available for corporate / private events * Hours of operation are 9am-midnight (we are not available for events lasting past midnight) Performance space and production venue located in Montréal Including the following: -stainless steel conference table, vintage lounge seating and sofa -sound system -free play vintage arcade machines -venue supervisor -cleaning * Event insurance required (quote available from Front Row Insurance) * Public events are not permitted * Alcohol sales are not permitted * Minimum age requirement for venue rental is 25 yrs old * Security/damage deposit of 500$ required * Minimum rate assumes 5 hour booking
