Red Spoon Banquet is the ideal setting for small intimate parties, showers, and weddings. The proprietor of the space is lovely to work with making sure your ideas and vision come to light. Several catering options and decor ideas and rentals. Would definitely use this quaint space for future events!

Perfect Location for Out of Province Guests

Red spoon restaurant is cozy and great for an event of less than 110 people. My cultural group - Manyu Women Association (MOHWA), had a great time celebrating our 2024 annual convention & Fundraising Gala by kick-starting here at Red Spoon with a cultural night, and a BBQ event as well. Each member did enjoy the flamboyant decor put up for us by Red Spoon Restaurant and, we hope to get the chance to use Red Soon on our next convention.

Great place to use

I am so happy I stumbled on this place. They responded fairly quickly and we're the perfect size for my brother's 50th surprise birthday party. Nadia was very accommodating and all my guests really liked the venue.

The Red Spoon Restaurant has 6 catering menus available for Saturday events, other days you can bring your own menu. We went with the Tea Party menu (buffet style), for a milestone birthday for my mom. We brought our own veggie trays and birthday cupcakes and the venue welcomed us to customize what we brought in. We had the room decorated to our liking and family/ friends enjoyed the afternoon. It was very helpful to have an HDMI TV and separate sound system with mic. The best way to contact the venue is by email.

Efficient and well planned. Really appreciated the layout and communications from Nadia. Looked beautiful and made our son’s baptism special. Food was really great and well seasoned. Better than most larger venues I have been to

This venue has a very nice interior and has everything you’d need for your event! Ample space, a bar, catering variety, and decor options available. Nadia is very helpful and good to work with. I’m very happy I found this place for my event and I would recommend it!

Great Place to Have an Event

We just had my mother's 85th birthday at Red Spoon restaurant and everything went well. Nadia was very helpful and accommodating with every changes/additions we made. All guests commented on how delicious the food was. Our helper, Shauna was very pleasant to work with. . Over all my mom was very pleased and will definitely recommend Red Spoon to my family and friends. Thank you very much Nadia.

Had my 40th party at this venue. The hostess Nadia was the best, she was very accommodating and patient with me. The decor was exactly what i wanted and the food was fantastic. very happy i opted for the full catering package as it took the extra headache and stress of planning off my plate. I would definitely host another event at this venue again. Thank you for helping in making my event and memorable one Nadia!

We were looking for a place to our wedding with a reasonable price for a small ceremony and reception and the Red Spoon Restaurant was perfect!
The food is excellent and the service was great, we can negotiate what to use.
They are very attentive and Nadia was always willing to assist us in the best possible way.
We are very satisfied and for sure recommend and will use again.

Good Place to have an Event

Did a dedication event for my son this month of August.. twas a good place, price is not bad as long you communicate with the details of adds on. My only concern is to have a baby change table in the washroom especially the place is use for different kinds of event, so far my experience over all is awesome, food is delicious & owner is available anytime with ur concerns. I highly recommend this place plus parking is huge.

It was a pleasure planning my event with the host, Nadia. She made the entire event completely painless: her communication was timely, her prices were transparent, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the duration of the event as well. The food was plentiful and great for the priced (Italian menu) and the drinks were extremely affordable. I definitely recommend Red Spoon restaurant to anyone who wants a flexible venue that only charges you for what you need. The level of customization is perfect for events small or large - I myself had 50 people and the venue accommodated everyone perfectly.

Nadia was an excellent, helpful and accommodating host. The Caribbean Food menu was EXCELLENT - and I was able to enjoy leftovers for 4 days afterwards - so good portions :) Restaurant was cozy and clean and spacious enough for my party.

Venue was perfect for a fancy party

I held a 10th wedding anniversary at the Red Spoon Restaurant, complete with dinner and dancing, so it turned out to be similar to a small wedding reception with about 40 guests. Everyone was extremely impressed with the facility itself and were constantly complimenting me on selecting the venue. I also received numerous compliments on the food provided. We had ordered from the Italian menu and ordered chicken parmigiana which was cooked beautifully and was so tender. The fruit platter with dessert was a beautiful arrangement, with some fruit carvings that warranted pictures from impressed guests. I, personally was blown away by the effort the staff put into making sure my event was a success.
I also really liked working with the staff, particularly Nadia. She was reasonable in her expectations, but also allowed plenty of flexibility on how I could decorate the place, and with any food and wine I brought in from outside.
All in all, I was extremely happy with this venue and would definitely book another event there.

Had a private event for a birthday here. The owner (Nadia) is super friendly and helpful. I got the food catered from them and the chicken parmesan is a 11/10...amazing! Also got the curry mutton, potato salad, macaroni pie, and fried rice -- all very good!!
The portion size was also very generous!
Nadia is very flexible and helpful when it comes to bringing our own decor and bringing some of our own food. The restaurant itself was clean, and was very spacious. The location also was great as it was very private, close to the highway, and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend for events. I did shop around beforehand and this was the best deal, and I am very happy with everything. I was able to put my personal touches on everything which I really liked. My guests were very happy with the food, decor, and also the services provided by Nadia (serving at the bar, she even provided a cord that we were missing for a presentation).

Perfect party venue!

I held my daughter's 21st birthday party at The Red Spoon Restaurant and Banquet Hall this past Saturday. The venue was perfect for the occasion and had ample room for more than 80 standing, but was just large enough for my 80 seated guests. Nadia, the owner was very pleasant to work with and her rental prices are reasonable. I would definitely consider The Red Spoon for another event.
