MUSIC HALL ROOM RENTAL Monday - Wednesday: $4500 Thursday - Sunday: $5000 Price includes room rental for an 6 hour day (3-hour event, 2 hour load-in & 1 hour load-out), use of house sound and lights system, housekeeping, room set-up, production/stage manager, lighting technician, sound technician & green room. EVENT STAFF (Included in Room Rental) Music Hall Room Rental: 5 Front of House / Security Staff (arrives 1/2 hour before event until 1/2 post event). Pricing based on a 3 hour event. Pricing based on a 3 hour event. Additional staff quoted as needed @ $25 per hour per staff member. HOUSE SOUND & LIGHTING Rental Fee includes use of all in-house sound & lighting equipment, 1 lighting technician and 1 sound technician. Backline and artist hospitality are additional. BAR MINIMUM A minimum bar spend of $3,000 is required. If the minimum is not met, balance plus 20% admin fee will be charged as a room rental. (Can be flexible depending on event duration and day of the week.) NON PROFIT PRICING - 10% applicable to Music Hall Exclusive or Music Hall 1st Level Room Rental fees only.
