The farmhouse is an ideal indoor location for private celebrations, smaller gatherings, sit-down meals, or a flexible space for company events. As part of a wedding, the farmhouse serves as the get-ready space for the bridal party. Farmhouse comes equipped with a commercial kitchen, AC, Wifi, tables and chairs, two bathrooms, and a loft.

The barn at Lotuswood is a 3,000-sq-ft wooden outdoor structure with sliding doors on three sides to let in the breeze and the beautiful views. Suitable for anything from large gatherings, presentations, dancing, to wedding banquets of up to 150 people. The barn is unfurnished, so furniture must be rented and configured for your event. Lotuswood Events Services will help with configuring the space. Comes with a concrete floor, high ceilings decorated with fairy lights, and plenty of power to supply music and activities. There's a caterer's setup area in the back, and two bathrooms.

The standard Lotuswood wedding package is a 10-hour rental that gives you full and exclusive use of the venue; both indoor and outdoor areas. Start the day with the bridal party getting ready in the farmhouse. The farmhouse comes with a loft for hair and makeup, and two bathrooms, including a shower. The commercial kitchen can be used by caterers to serve refreshments as the party is getting ready. Then, exchange vows beneath a floral-adorned arbor, with guests seated under the trees. The bride makes her entrance along a flagstone path along the forest’s edge. The reception takes place with dinner and dancing in the barn. Sliding wooden doors reveal views of the farm and provide unfettered access to the outdoors. The farm, with its orchard, koi pond, and other unique historical features make ideal photography spots. Lotuswood's venue offers flexible configurations to suit your vision for the day. Please discuss with the event coordinator to design your wedding plan. Our dedicated Event Services will help you 100 percent of the way to envision your event at Lotuswood, including a rain plan in case of inclement weather.  At least one representative of Lotuswood will be on site at all times during your event to assist you. We provide two people to take care of parking, security, and accessibility needs for your event, as well as cleaning of the venue post-event (not including your decorations). We offer a selection of furniture and farmhouse-style props to support your event, and will help with setup of our furniture in the farmhouse, but currently reception tables and chairs for the barn must be rented separately. We strongly advise that you use one of our preferred wedding coordinators that know our venue to make sure that everything runs seamlessly, but at this time we are not requiring it.
