"Day Of" Planning$500 Per Event
A Grand Occasions Event Planning Coordinator will meet with you and review all the arrangements that have been made, review your vision and set a date for a walk through of the venue. We will contact and coordinate all vendor arrival times and supervise that they produce as expected by Client. A Coordinating team will be present on the event date from beginning of setup until the end. We will perform a walk through of the venue in order to design your floor plan and familiarize ourselves with your vision. We will create a timeline. We are available to run your rehearsal. Grand Occasions will pick up from you, deliver and organize place cards, favors, etc 48 hours prior to wedding / event date. A copy of the seating arrangements will also be needed from you. We can distribute all final payments if necessary.. We will serve as site managers from the time the set up begins to the end of the wedding reception and breakdown is completed. Full Event Planning$2,500 Per Event
Our DIAMOND Full Service Planning Package Includes: - Assistance and development of theme creation, including color schemes, decor, accessories and more to create a cohesive and elegant look. Complete event design & creative vision to insure a unique, personalized event. - Provide unlimited personal planning sessions to reassure client of every detail. - Provide etiquette advice. - Unlimited communication via personal meetings, telephone and / or Email. - All Venue (site) visits for layout and decor planning. - Budget creation & management throughout the planning process. - Creation of shared database for all events' documentation including guest list RSVPs, menu selection, vendors, music play lists, planning timeliness and other information to maintain client and coordinator on track and informed of any changes. - Schedule and attend all vendor meetings, samples, etc. - Vendor negotiation & contract review. - Hiring of qualified vendors within your budget - Stuff and mail all invitations. - Receive and log all RSVPs and pertinent information needed. - Follow-up with all vendor and or client changes. - Wedding / Quinces rehearsal coordination when appropriate. - Creation of time line for event date. Time line will be provided to you for approval. - Conduct vendor confirmation for delivery and/or arrival time to your event site or sites the week of your event/ party. - Pick up from you and deliver place cards, favors, etc 48 hours prior to event date. - Creation of Seating assignments will be made with your assistance. - Available to distribute all payments including final vendor payments. - Your coordinator will serve as site manager from the time the set up begins to the end of the event including break down. - We will coordinate all activities and insure that they are followed through. (we will insure that all deliveries and/or services arrive and perform as expected.) - Organization and placement or set up of portrait , meal place cards, goblets, favors, cake, cutting items, guest book, accessories, etc. - Oversight and placement of the décor to insure it’s in keeping with the developed vision. Grand Occasions will troubleshoot throughout the event day to insure that you are free to enjoy your entire day. FOR WEDDINGS, Quinces or Sweet 16's: Grand Occasions will provide an “emergency kit”. This kit will include anything you may need such as spare wedding rings (in the event someone forgets), spare bouquet (in the event yours gets damaged), stain removal liquid, crazy glue, sewing kit, and more. We will be ready to fix any potential problem that may arise.
