Supported Layouts and Capacities
We recently used Corky's catering service for a casual neighborhood picnic. Although they offer catering packages that include combinations of ribs, chicken and pulled pork, we chose the Memphis Tradition catering option. This was the cheapest package for feeding a large group of people. We had approximately 100 guests, and the catering package cost about five dollars per person. It included trays with pulled pork, as well as barbecue sauce, beans, cole slaw and buns. Utensils and paper products are not included in the price, but we decided to add these products as well. Desserts, appetizers and additional side items were optional, but we did not choose any of these to keep expenses lower. Overall, we were pleased with the service. The company offers an online ordering option, and a representative also called us to confirm the order. The delivery was on time, and the person who delivered the food helped us set up the table. They were friendly and helpful. One container of beans were missing, so the delivery person had to go back to get the rest of the order. This was really the only negative issue we had. The food was delicious. Corky's is well-known for their barbecue, and the meal we had certainly did not disappoint. The pork was smoked to perfection, with little fat and lots of white meat. The buns were soft and fresh, and the cole slaw tasted homemade. In the past, we had cookouts for our annual neighborhood picnic. However, we have already agreed to use Corky's catering service again next year. It is inexpensive, easy and delicious!
