Beautiful Wedding Venue — An Eventective User

Peaceful Oaks is a beautiful venue for any event. We chose this for our daughter's wedding and could not be more pleased. The facility is immaculate with several options to hold the ceremony. It was especially helpful that the owners were close by to answer any questions and help us with anything we needed throughout the day.

I am so happy to write this review because Lori Hurt absolutely deserves some praise! Lori is the manager and now owner at Peaceful Oaks, and could not have been easier to work with. She was very accommodating, excellent in communication, consistent in her expectations, and generally thrilled to help us in whatever way she could; even going out of her way to attempt to reach out to the couple having their wedding the same weekend as us to see about splitting cost of chairs. Little things like this meant the world to me. The venue itself is everything we hoped it would be for our ceremony and reception. We had originally planned to have our ceremony down by the pond on the property, but when it began to rain we were easily able to utilize the back deck for our ceremony, and it turned out just as beautifully with all of the lights which are already in place. There is a room designated for the bridal party to get ready, and my only recommendation is for there to be a place for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready on site. All in all, GREAT experience. If you are hoping to find an outdoor wedding venue, this would be my number one suggestion for you!
