Hartwater Hall is a meeting and event space in McKinney, TX. Its flagship, the Keynote Room, seats 35 at tables and hosts up to 50 guests for trainings, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, and receptions. The room is built for hybrid events, with two built-in PTZ cameras for streaming, recording, and close-up demonstrations, pro wireless microphones, OLED displays, and a self-drive tech control station. A breakout room, a speaker green room, and a pre-event tech check are included with every Keynote Room booking. An on-site tech operator is available as an add-on. For smaller groups, private conference and meeting rooms for up to 12 can be booked by the hour online. Rooms are available 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week, with gigabit Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Hartwater Hall sits on US 380 near US 75, a short drive from Frisco, Allen, Plano, and Prosper. Tours are available by request.
