*The barn is a very simple rustic feel - comes with tables and chairs, and table cloths. It can accommodate up to 100 of your guests. (It’s about 2,000 square foot 100 year old barn) It has an outside ceremony area with tree stump benches and a wooden arch for you to use. A small rustic bar is located inside the barn with an old antique clawfoot tub that can be used for your beverages. I have a lot of other fun things for decorations that can be used. The food area has professional chaffing dishes to use/display your food. Weddings are rented for 3 days so you can have a stress free environment. If you are doing it on a Saturday - you are looking at Friday for set up and rehearsal time, day of event and last day for clean up. The bathrooms are located outside and are port a potties that look like outhouses. The rental pricing is $3,000 for 3 days. Deposit is $500. I’m available for viewing on Fridays during the mornings.
