Ceremony:
Prelude music to welcome your guests ( instrumental music )
Processional Music for at least the Bride. Bridesmaids, Groomsmen and other family members ie; grand parents, parents may also be added.
Other traditional and non-traditional ceremony events ie; candle lighting, and sand ceremony's may be added ( should time permit ).
Registry Signing
Recessional song, fallowed by approximately 2-3 min of more instrumental music
Announcements that may possibly be needed to instruct guests of the upcoming events ie; Pictures, etc.
Cocktails/Reception:
??Cocktail Music: As the guests arrive or in between the ceremony and reception should Blue Willow Events be at your ceremony, some familiar but not to intrusive music to keep your guest entertained.
Grand Entrance Music: Make a dramatic entrance, and set the mood for the way you want the evening to progress. We can customize the music for your taste, energy level, and expectation of how you would like the dancing portion of the reception to go later.
Dinner Music: As dinner goes on and speeches commence, a variety of music will be hand picked and played between, to get your guest thinking about what they would like to dance to later on in the evening.
Special Dances: It has always been tradition to start the dancing portion of the reception off with some dances that will always hold a special place in you heart such as The first dance, Father/Daughter dance, Mother/Son dance. Other important and memorable dances may be included to make your day everything you envisioned.
Party Time: This is where your guests can feel like they have some say in how your memories unfold... Having an all request format, your guests can request songs that take them back to some fun times with you before your special day and add them to your memories.
Other Special Memories: Throughout the evening other special memories can be made by doing some traditional and non-traditional things ie: bouquet toss, garter toss, shoe game.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT : This agreement represents the full and complete understanding between Blue Willow Events (AKA) BWE and "Client". This writing supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements or understandings, either written or oral, between the parties. In the event that any party to this agreement wishes to alter or amend any of the terms set forth herein, such alterations must be set forth in a written document and signed by all relevant and necessary parties.
2. CLIENT CAPACITY TO CONTRACT : "Client" affirms that he/she is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity to enter into a contract with BWE
3. RESERVATION : Upon receipt the Deposit of AND the signature of "Client", BWE will reserve the time and date agreed upon above. For this reason, the Deposit is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the event is canceled for any reason, including an act of God, fire, extreme weather, and/or any other reason beyond either parties control.
The Deposit is to be paid at the time of signing this contract, and the Deposit is applied towards the total contracted amount.
***COVID UPDATE***
The Deposit is transferable to a new date that is agreeable to both BWE and the "Client" if the reason is due to restrictions of the pandemic. If the above-mentioned Deposit is forfeited, an additional new Deposit will be required to secure a new service date.
4. PAYMENTS : The "Client" understands and agrees that the total unpaid amount of the contract is due 7 days prior to the event. ALL payments shall be made in the form of Cash or E-Transfer to bluewillowevents1@gmail.com. Failure to make required payments on the scheduled dates could result in a breach of contract and the "Client" will for fit event coverage with no refund of monies having previously been paid by the client. If the "Client" cancels the services that are the subject of this contract prior to the service date for any reason, regardless of fault, the entire Deposit shall be forfeited and will result in the cancellation of this contract by BWE. If the cancellation occurs by client for any reason within two weeks prior to the event date and BWE is not able to find comparable employment through ordinary due diligence for the date of the event, BWE shall reserve the right to demand, and client agrees to pay, full payment of the contract amount contained herein.
5. LIMIT OF LIABILITY : BWE warrants and declares that every effort will be made to provide high-quality entertainment services. In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative service. BWE will make every effort to secure a replacement and/or willing to provide similar entertainment services under this contract. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to the return of all payments received under this contract.
