Our Event Spaces: The Harbour Room Our primary event space offers beautiful waterfront views and indoor/outdoor flexibility. • Plated dinner: 80–100 guests indoors without a band or dance floor • Up to approximately 140 guests utilizing indoor and outdoor space • Cocktail-style and social events: approximately 150–175 guests utilizing indoor and outdoor areas, depending on event configuration The Commodore's Lounge An intimate private setting for approximately 40–45 guests, ideal for rehearsal dinners, executive dinners, family celebrations and sophisticated private gatherings. The Courtyard An additional outdoor setting that may be available in conjunction with another event space and with Club approval. Food is an important part of the Marco Island Yacht Club experience. Our event menus range from elegant plated dinners to chef-driven buffets, interactive stations, carving stations and elevated cocktail receptions. Selections may include Prime Filet Mignon, Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass, Bell & Evans Chicken, raw bars featuring oysters, shrimp and lobster, Beef Wellington bites, bacon-wrapped scallops, carving stations and more. For daytime gatherings, plated and buffet luncheon options are also available, making the Club equally suited to corporate meetings, showers, luncheons and daytime celebrations.
