We welcome a wide variety of private events, including birthday celebrations (such as 40th, 75th, 80th), retirement parties, company holiday parties, graduations, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and high school reunions. We're happy to help you celebrate your special occasion!
We offer two main event options: you can book the entire Taproom for a fully private experience, or for smaller gatherings, our semi-private Game Room is available during regular business hours.
Our full Taproom can accommodate up to 100 people with standing room, and offers seating for 55 guests. The Game Room is suitable for approximately 25-30 people, with 20 seats and additional standing room.
We operate on an hourly minimum purchase for food and beverages, rather than a separate rental fee. This minimum varies based on the day and time for the Taproom.
We do not charge a specific rental fee. Instead, we have an hourly minimum purchase for food and beverages. If the total food and drink purchases do not meet this minimum, the difference will be added as a 'room rental fee' to your final bill.
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to reserve either space. This deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks before your scheduled event and will be refunded within 48 hours of your event.
We offer flexible beverage options to suit your event. You can opt for a cash bar, where guests' purchases contribute to your minimum, an open bar with a pre-determined cap, or drink tickets. Our standard pint is $8, and you are only charged for what is ordered with drink tickets.
Yes, all on-site food and beverage purchases made by your guests will count towards your hourly minimum requirement. We can discuss food options to best suit your event during the planning process.
Yes, AV equipment is included with our private Taproom rental, and you are welcome to arrange for a DJ. Please note that while we can accommodate a DJ, the space may not be ideal for very loud music or a large dance floor.
To ensure excellent service for your event, a 20% auto-gratuity will be added to the host’s total bill.

I was looking to plan a business/casual meeting with a laundry list of requirements. To Share Brewing met all of our needs from audio/visual (for PPT presentations), 30 ppl, snacks/drinks, parking, place to ourselves to setup our games, close to dining options and more. I first started conversations with Jenni Share and she was friendly and responsive from the first interaction. The staff the day(s) of our visit was very friendly and the brew master also gave our team a tour. A bonus was their delicious craft beer! Highly recommend.
