Sparked by the vision of photojournalist Dan Eldon, the space contains original works by Eldon, grounding the environment in a legacy of creative courage, storytelling, and global impact. The second-story venue offers 2,478 sq ft of interior space and an attached oceanfront deck with capacity for 100+ guests, overlooking the legendary surf break at Topanga Beach and a premiere sunset horizon. From a paved lot with 27 complimentary parking spaces, guests ascend a short staircase or arrive by elevator. Upon entry, ordinary life recedes. The ocean seems to make up the walls of the space, wrapping each room in movement, light, and calm. You pass through the landing room, taking in the warmth the space seems to hold, then step onto the deck where marine megafauna like whales and dolphins are sometimes seen enjoying Malibu's majestic water below. Inside the conference room with an ocean view, works by creative activists line the walls—projects incubated within this very space at Creative Visions Homeplace—fueling conversation, collaboration, and art-making.
