After shedding his previous On A Roll brand, Tushar redesigned his menu and restaurant to reflect the creative cuisine that motivates him. Now open for dinner Thursday through Saturday from 6 pm – 9:30 pm, Harvest Bistro is not only a place to pick up a delicious breakfast or satisfying lunch. Each catered event, whether private or corporate, on-site or off-site, the superior standard is always there. Tushar hopes to extend his love for food through every dish, whether it’s a quick lunch or elegantly catered affair.
