At SophistOccasions, our mission is to provide high quality, professional wedding and event services to our clients, at a budget-friendly price. Weddings and events are stressful! Experienced wedding planners and coordinators magically transform and organize thoughts, ideas, confusion, and chaos into a stress free planning experience . At SophistOccasions, we take pride in our work! We know our clients have a distinct thought in mind, of how they want their ideal wedding or event to turn out. It is our job to meet and exceed those expectations. By focusing our attention on even the smallest of details, we ensure that those visions are fulfilled. Nothing is more important to us than making sure each wedding or event is perfect for not only our clients, but for everyone in attendance.
As exclusive members of the elite organization, "West Texas Bridal," we are happy to tailor our services to each client's need. We can create individual packages or offer a customized full wedding & event planning package.
We have a variety of services to choose from, including our amazing full service package, day-of-wedding/event coordination, customized backdrops, specialty ceiling draping, themed design & decor set-up, floral services, wedding decor rentals, linen rentals, and your choice of our many trusted, professional vendors. If booking services through SophistOccasions, many of our vendors offer our clients special rates. We facilitate those vendor contracts and meet with vendors as needed. There is no need for our clients to worry about those time consuming details. Our goal is to take the worry and stress away from our clients, give peace of mind and ensure a successful and happy event.
We also welcome out-of-town clients who need to host an event in Lubbock. We are happy to correspond by email, text, fax, or by phone. There is no need for our clients to be present in Lubbock to prepare and host an event! We will handle all the details!
We realize that actually planning a wedding or event rarely happens during business hours, therefore, we are prepared to accommodate our clients schedules. We are available, by appointment, to meet after hours and on weekends.
We provide a free initial consultation, in which we discuss client needs, and answer questions regarding our services and pricing. We love showing our clients the cost savings, by using SophistOccasions for their planning needs! We are certainly open to discuss any additional need a client may have that is not listed above. We proudly offer budget-friendly, interest free, and flexible payments. There are never any late fees. We accept payment by cash, check, PayPal, debit or credit card.
