Your vision deserves a setting that does half the work. Maison Sarti is a French-style villa on 1.6 acres along the canal in Loxahatchee, about 25 minutes from Wellington. A sweeping staircase, a piano salon, chandeliers, a sparkling pool and lush gardens give every frame and every guest a beautiful backdrop. Made for: • Photo and video shoots: editorial, brand, fashion and content (2-hour minimum; drones welcome) • Corporate retreats and executive offsites: strategy days and team dinners, with fast Wi-Fi • Small elopements: an intimate ceremony with your closest people • Intimate dinners and celebrations: showers, birthdays, milestone dinners • Networking events: mixers, launches and workshops How it works: choose your hours ($150/hour; 4-hour minimum, or 2 hours for shoots), tell us your headcount and plans, and we'll confirm within 24 hours. Up to 20 guests is included. For 21-40 guests, add $600 plus a $250 cleaning fee. Gold Chiavari chairs and 32-inch round tables with white floor-length linens are available to rent. Good to know: • No weddings or large parties, no loud music or DJs. Every event ends by 10 PM, with 40 guests maximum. • Setup and breakdown fit inside your booked hours. Extra time can be approved on-site at $150/hour in 30-minute blocks, still ending by 10 PM. • Our property and maintenance team live on-site in two separate units at the back, so help is always close. • Exterior security cameras only. • Like many Florida country homes, we run on well water with whole-house filtration, so you may notice a faint sulfur scent at times.

Yes, free on-site parking in a dedicated area along the fence on the left as you drive in. Let us know your vehicle count when you book and we'll plan with you.
40 guests maximum. Up to 20 guests is included in the $150/hour rate; 21-40 guests adds a $600 event fee plus a $250 cleaning fee.
$150 per hour. There's a 4-hour minimum for events and meetings, and a 2-hour minimum for photo and video shoots.
Yes. Outside catering is welcome, and caterers can use the full kitchen. Please share vendor details before your event.
Yes, for guests 21 and over, served responsibly. If you're hiring a bartender or caterer, we may ask for their insurance details. No glass in the pool area.
Every event ends by 10 PM. Music stays at conversation level, with no DJs, amplified sound or loud parties.
Extra time can be approved on-site at $150/hour in 30-minute blocks, as long as everything still wraps up by 10 PM. Setup and breakdown count toward your booked hours.
Shoots are welcome, and so are drones. Please share your crew size and equipment list in advance, protect the floors when moving gear, and ask before moving furniture.
The pool deck, lanai and gardens are outdoors at ground level, and the upstairs suites are reached by stairs only. Please contact us with any accessibility needs and we'll walk you through the layout before you book.
Full refund 14 or more days before your event. 50% refund from 14 to 7 days before. No refund within 7 days. You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 14 days' notice.
