Located in Historic Loveland, The Building is the perfect space for your next event. We offer a unique venue in the heart of Loveland right off the bike trail next to Narrow Path Brewery and Hometown Cafe.
The Building has 2 private restrooms, a small kitchenette to prep food, a full size refrigerator, freezer and mini fridge, sink, and microwave. The Building has an open floor plan with soft seating as well as many tables and chairs. There is a large smart TV in the main room perfect for watching sporting events, movies, playing a slide show, or hosting a meeting.
The Building also has a Bluetooth speaker for playing the music of your choice. The Building also has the best outdoor space! We have a private turfed back yard with many tables and chairs as well as a lighted pergola. We also have a spacious deck off the front of the Building.
The Building oozes charm and fun and was designed to deliver our hosts with the perfect venue to host your next special event.

This is an incredible place to have a small event! The interior space is set up in a way that you do not feel the need to even do any decorations and the turfed back yard and covered pergola with string lights provide the perfect atmosphere for indoor/outdoor events. It is currently only about $400 for an event which is hard to believe considering everything you get and considering you get to bring in your own food and beverages and they do not require you use a specific caterer. The location is perfectly situated in downtown Historic Loveland next to the bike trail, brewery and park.
